The short answer
NeverBounce is a mid-priced verifier. It’s not the cheapest at any volume, but at 10,000 emails it’s cheaper than Bouncer, Emailable, Kickbox, BriteVerify and ZeroBounce, and it ties Bouncer at 100,000. Its biggest pricing advantage is the trial: 1,000 free verifications, four to ten times what most competitors give you.
How NeverBounce billing works
- Pay-as-you-go credits. You buy a block of verifications sized to your list; one credit verifies one email. The per-email rate drops as the block gets bigger, so verifying one 100,000-email list costs less than ten separate 10,000-email jobs.
- Big drop at 10,000. The rate falls from $0.008 to $0.005 per email once you reach 10,000, which is the most important tier boundary to know about. If you have 8,000 emails, compare the cost of buying the 10,000 tier instead.
- Volume above 500,000 is quoted by NeverBounce’s sales team rather than published.
- Sync / real-time API usage draws from the same credit balance, so one purchase covers both bulk list cleaning and signup-form verification.
When NeverBounce is the right price
- You’re testing a verifier for the first time. 1,000 free credits lets you run a meaningful accuracy test on a real slice of your list.
- You verify 10,000–250,000 emails at a time and want a well-known vendor with ESP integrations (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce and others).
- You already use ZoomInfo, which owns NeverBounce.
When to look elsewhere
- Lowest possible price: EmailListVerify is cheapest up to about 25,000 emails; MillionVerifier is cheapest above that.
- Very large lists (1M+): NeverBounce doesn’t publish a 1M price. MillionVerifier ($449), EmailListVerify ($659) and Bouncer ($2,000) all do.
- Data enrichment alongside verification: ZeroBounce costs more but adds activity scoring and enrichment.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does NeverBounce cost per email?
NeverBounce charges $0.008 per email for small orders (1,000–5,000 emails), $0.005 between 10,000 and 50,000, $0.004 at 100,000, and $0.003 at 250,000 and above on its published pay-as-you-go pricing.
How much does it cost to verify 10,000 emails with NeverBounce?
$50 on pay-as-you-go pricing, which works out to $0.005 per email. That is cheaper than ZeroBounce ($129), Kickbox ($70) and Bouncer ($60) at the same size, but more than EmailListVerify (about $27).
Does NeverBounce have a free plan?
There’s no ongoing free plan, but new accounts get 1,000 free verifications — the most generous trial among the major verifiers we track. That’s enough to test accuracy on a real sample of your own list before buying.
Is NeverBounce worth the price?
For most marketing and sales teams verifying under 250,000 emails, yes: it’s mid-priced, accurate on standard lists, and integrates with most ESPs and CRMs. If price is your main criterion, EmailListVerify is roughly half the cost at most volumes, and MillionVerifier is cheaper still above 50,000 emails.
